My post is specifically referring to the most endgame content still dropping 5 star gear. It's clearly the better option compared to regular dungeons. So if you are early-midgame and can clear those hard mode dungeons in a reasonable time, then yeah go for it. Mythic 5 star is not the same as 6 star legendary. Hard mode dungeons are intended as endgame content and endgame players really don't use 5 star anymore unless there literally no other option.Įven with some of the literally perfect quad roll 5 star pieces I have, I don't use because it will ultimately gimp the champion who's wearing it after glyphs and gear ascension is factored in (6 star gear can be glyphed with significantly greater stat boosts). Judging from your post, I'm guessing that you're probably a new player/account with limited knowledge of what endgame play is like. Insulting others and calling people "fartflinger mcgee" with your very first statement doesn't help your argument at all. You are exactly the type of person I hate in this community. I get it, plarium bad yada yada yada, they are a dogshit company I agree, that doesn't mean that hard 10 is not worth it to run in virtually every way. we are talking about 300% in USEFULL loot.Īnd what does fartflinger mcgee talk about? Yes the rare drop rates, because unlike us fartflinger mcgee builds his champions completely stockfull of rare gear while vendoring everything else. Meanwhile what are the chances to get 6 star legendary on a lvl 24 dungeon? 3.74%. If we say mythic 5 star and legendary 6 star are equal, we would be looking at 10.7% chance to get something equal to 6 star legendary or greater. Here, didn't take me many braincells to do. Posts like these are why stupidity on this sub is so rampant, instead looking at it objectively we have people like fartflinger mcgee talking about a metrics of trash gear that don't matter, why don't you actually look at the rates and compare them to normal 24/25?
